Haven't really looked around the board yet, have you?

Prominantly displayed in the "Newbie's Stretching Room" is this SCAM ALERT (http://www.everypoet.org/pffa/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16722&poems). And the "Blurbs of Wisdom" has a number of threads on the same subject.

We know. Take a look at these threads from the Blurbs of Wisdom forum:

I need some information about Poetry.com (http://www.everypoet.org/pffa/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9885)
Poetry.com One More Time (http://www.everypoet.org/pffa/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9951)
Just in case you still have any doubt Poetry.com is a scam (http://www.everypoet.org/pffa/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9945)
Continuation of Donner's Poetry.com is a Scam (http://www.everypoet.org/pffa/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9948)

Never hurts to be reminded about poetry scams, though. Good to see you weren't taken in.

I hate it when my poem gets crammed in with a whole bunch of poets. All that slopped wine, slept-in hair, and inky skin.

Just remember the immortal words of the great Rod McKuen: "Never be afraid to say / What is it?"

Poetry.com and like shameful scams should be known as publicashuns.
