Today I saw the italian film "PASSATO PROSSIMO" (Past Perfect) directed by Maria Sole Tognazzi. At the end of the film was a close up of a strophe of a poem of Fernando Pessao.

Does someone know this poem or a possibility to find it?

Not having seen the movie, I couldn't begin to tell you which poem it was, but I found some of his work here (http://pintopc.home.cern.ch/pintopc/www/FPessoa/Heteronyms.html). You can always plug in his name and do your own search.
