This is it…a conversation with myself. So in the event that we all die and rise to find a new day what should happen. After experiencing absolute pain…the pain we have caused others…the pain others have caused us, what will be our new way of thinking. Instead of letting loose our barrage of words shaped like bullets, would we rather extend our hands to our neighbors…to everyone we meet. Imagine a hand full of bliss that is simply reaching for you, and when it grabs hold of yours, your body experiences a sensation so moving that you tear at the ignition of a single nerve. With such powerful results at the activation of something so small…what could you expect from the full effect. This is what I want to offer to the world. Such a sensation as that of the overwhelming feeling of true love. True love…the essence of the word is meaningless in the days we live in…the days of now. Here is your meaning…or rather my meaning. To be overcome with a sensation that moves you to feel compassion and hope, to want to bring joy to every living being…that is true love. And at this moment I feel such a sensation…this is no lie. Of course with the world moving on the path it runs towards we are left with nothing but empty hopes and hollow promises. Promises of a better life which will cost us no work. No there is no such thing. In no shape or form will this world ever permit such a life. No form of existence will ever arise to our level of consciousness because we have been voided of such things as hope…or rather the need for hope. We have lost faith in ourselves, just as we have lost faith in our creator. Even if you do not believe in God just think for a moment what he feels for all of human kind…human kind, a pitiful excuse. We all fumble about, worried about our own lives and our own inhibitions…and over coming those inhibitions. And yet we fail to see that those around us are struggling for the same thing, and where we should feel compassion and relate to their struggles we feel threatened by their will to survive. It is as if the were fighting against us to reach their goals. But just as you do not think of the struggles of others, nether do they think of yours. We have become numb to the fact that everyone is striving to live! Why? Why have we forgotten that we are all but simple human beings. We all feel, we all hurt, we all strive and struggle to live. Why is it that our human nature begs us to claw our way to the top? Why must we be at the top? What is there to gain there! Realize that there is no top of the world that you can climb to. It does not exist. Realize that the true struggle is within. You struggle because you do not feel good enough yourself. And why? Why?! Because we are taught that in order to succeed we must do certain things. That there are certain guide lines to success. That is the highest of false statements. There are no guide lines to success. In fact success is simply a state of mind, much like many things in this world. The true success is being able to turn you eye upon yourself and see someone who you don’t resent. Someone who may not be pure, but is…well human. Someone who is of worth, there are no set standards to worth. Yes you may be poor…but are you less of a human!? ARE YOU?! No…no you’re not. You’re more than you could ever dream to be. You are a piece of clay waiting to be molded. You are something that guidelines to not apply to because guidelines are proposed and set, by other people who know nothing about you. And of course they are not intentionally set. There are faults in our nature. We see a woman and find her attractive, and if many around you agree then that woman is socially accepted as attractive. Which in turn means that anyone who looks farm from that image is no longer attractive. WHO ARE WE TO DECIDE SUCH A THING?! Though we don’t decide from an individualistic stand point, as a whole we have just set a standard for beauty. What a horrible thing this world has become. But I have strayed from the topic. Now with all the things that have just been revealed how could a creator look down and love his creations? HOW?! Because he does, in spite of our wrongs and our flaws our God loves us. And if he, in his perfection, can look down at our imperfections and love us…then why could we not look out of our imperfections to another imperfect creation…and love them? What is so hard about that?! Why is it so hard. Where did we lose sight of the fact that people are people whether they are tall, fat, skinny, poor, rich, “successful”, “unsuccessful“?…when did we stop realizing that there is more to life than achieving a higher place on the podium. That in all actuality the podium doesn’t even matter. Because in the end nothing matter except for your view on your life. Do you really want to look back and say, I really wish I wouldn’t have done that? Yes there are mistakes to be made and you will make them. There are holes to fall in and you will fall in them, but…there are people to save…and it’s your choice whether you save them. There are smiles to put on people’s faces…will you put them there. There is love to be planted in people’s hearts…can you place it there? Will you??! We have all become to afraid to look to our neighbor, our fellow human being, despite what creed or status and smiles at them…and love them…just as a God would love it’s creations. Just as a gardener love’s it’s garden. Just as a father and mother…love their child, in spite of all the flaws and mistakes. What happened to us? When did we start becoming animals…instead of humans? But human’s are animals. We have instincts and the will to survive no matter what the cost. Yet when we choose to sacrifice someone else for our own gain…we forget that we are no better than they are…and no worse either. That we could very well be…the next sacrifice.
“Love thy neighbor as they self”. For you are no more human and no less human. We are all human. We are all one species. We are all one people!
