newby question

I need some help with the rules here. I posted a poem in the humor section instead of general. However, I've read that I must critique poems in the format I posted in. Do I chose any poem? How does this work? Would it be o.k. to go to general to offer my opinion as there seem to be more postings? Thanks in advance for your help.

Your comments should be to pieces in the specific forum to which you have posted your work, in this case, "Humor."
