Poets-in-Tents is a poetry forum where the needs of each member are taken into consideration by allowing members to either just share poems for general reactions without critical feedback, or members may choose to receive critical feedback by indicating this in their profiles (which shows up as a lantern icon below their username in their posts). Either way, members are expected to be respectful to one another: no condescending or rude remarks. It's a good place to post if you'd like to receive critical responses that aren't hurled at you on a note tied to a brick. There is a General Poetry forum as well as several categorized forums (humour, love, etc.), or you can receive very detailed crits in the Wilderness Workshop forum. The site is run by PFFAlien Michael Pracht, and of the 117 registered members, quite a few of them are PFFAliens (some of them posters to High). The quality is better than I would have expected for such a small community, and the posters are fairly active, so the turnaround time in getting crits is really good. I've been happy with my experiences there so far.

That's funny. I'll have to try to keep that in mind next time I rip somebody apart over there.

Who, me?
